Fresh Direct Sales Manager - Home/Field Based - Dagenham area
Salary 40k-42k (dependent on experience) Plus Commission OTE 50k -65K

Join a world-class leader in foodservice with the personal touch of a local team. Fresh Direct part of the Sysco group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across our local and regional customer base working with iconic UK restaurants hotels and pubs.
What you will be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Report weekly on performance progress and key challenges.
- Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet/exceed margin expectations.
- Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
About you:
- Strong ability to both hunt for new business and farm existing relationships.
- Effective across all internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Confident with sales data budgets and margin analysis.
- Driven positive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
