As Team Leader Home Support Services you will be responsible for the building management and leadership of a team of Direct Care staff in an assigned geographical area as well contributing to the planning and implementation of changes responding to our growing community and ongoing reforms. You will have a proven ability to gain cooperation and communicate with a broad range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
You will also have experience in working with older people and individuals with disabilities including managing and leading diverse teams. Demonstrated knowledge of the Home and Community Care Program for Younger People and Commonwealth Home Support Programme is desired.
