Job Description
Starting at $55000
Hybrid position- Must be located in/near Chicago IL
- Prepare investment projections.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management employees and outside contacts.
- Financial modeling budgeting and forecasting of existing assets.
- Prepare financial packages for investors and lenders.
- Actively assist with annual budgeting process.
- Interface with investors lenders and senior leadership team.
- Create and present analysis and results.
- Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
- Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization residents family members etc.
Qualifications :
Level of Formal Education: Bachelors Degree
Area of Study: Finance real estate or accounting
Years of Experience: Entry-level (0-5 years)
Type of Experience: Experience with Senior Housing is preferred but not required
Language Skills: Read write speak and understand English language
Technical Competencies: Microsoft office experience
Skills and Ability:
- Possess strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization including community staff residents family members and investors.
- Skill in verbal and written communication
Information Systems: Yardi Hyperion and other related management software experience with Oracle Essbase is a plus but not required
Personal Attributes: exceptional communication both written and verbal team player and multi-task.
Other/ Preferred:
- Moderate travel required.
