At Viva Energy were looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager and strategic professional to manage key relationships and contract delivery for our high-value customers in the Mining Agriculture and Industrial sectors along the East Coast. Based in our Brisbane office this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact with regular travel across Queensland and interstate to stay close to the action.
What Youll Do:
- Own the relationship: Be the primary point of contact for strategic customers building strong multi-level relationships within complex organisations.
- Drive strategy: Develop and execute a clear forward-thinking account strategy that integrates sales operations and marketing to deliver shared success.
- Deliver value: Work face-to-face with customers to solve problems uncover opportunities and implement innovative solutions that create measurable value.
- Lead with accountability: Take full ownership of contract performance ensuring compliance driving process improvements and delivering cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate and influence: Work cross-functionally within Viva Energy and externally with stakeholders to align goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications :
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business commerce marketing or a technical field is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in sales logistics or engineering may be advantageous depending on the industry focus (e.g. mining agriculture industrial sectors).
- Proven experience in B2B account management particularly with strategic or key accounts.
- Experience working across multiple industry sectors such as transport mining agriculture or industrial markets.
- Familiarity with national tender processes and contract performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
