The NYC Department of Design & Construction Public Buildings Division seeks a Sr. Design Reviewer to join the Sustainability Unit. The selected candidate will serve as one of the units representatives for capital projects. Responsibilities include: project scope development; design construction and post-construction technical review for both sustainability and resiliency; LEED compliance strategies; and certification documentation. The Sr. Design Reviewer will also be responsible for energy master planning and building performance evaluation. The selected candidate will attend project and site meetings; liaise with DDC Program Unit staff design consultants commissioning agents and contractors; and participate in the units research and development program which often results in codified policy change.

ADMIN ARCHITECT (NON MGRL) MA
Qualifications :
A valid New York State Registration as an Architect is required. In addition candidates must have six ( 6 ) years of full-time paid experience in architectural work at least two (2) years of which shall have been as an administrative architect.
