Responsibilities:
- Treat infants children and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Administer prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and care.
- Provide nursing skills such as central line dressing changes drawing labs NG/GT education/support wound care wound vac changes and ostomy support etc.
- Document all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process self-care techniques prevention strategies and meeting the patients nursing needs.
Qualifications :
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
