Fulltime 8a to 4:30 PM

We are seeking new and experienced Medical Secretaries to join our extraordinary team!
As a Medical Secretary you will:
- Answer telephone calls handle routine inquiries and refer non-routine matters to appropriate persons. Obtain complete and follow up on all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Maintains records and ensures documentation is scanned into patient records.
- Schedule patient appointments and tests coordinating with appropriate personnel as necessary. Schedule return visit appointments as appropriate assuring smooth functioning.
- Assist team with all facets of preparing for patient visits or processing post visit documentation. Assure completion of Consent to Treat HIPAA and other forms as appropriate.
- Maintain electronic patient charts. Organize and prepare the necessary information reports records charts and correspondence before the patient arrives for appointment.
- Obtain necessary registration information on patients co-pays necessary referral forms and authorizations to forward to billing.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have either one (1) year of previous customer service experience or completed an accredited or approved Administrative Assistant program within the last 12 months
- Previous healthcare or medical office experience is preferred.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $17-$22.80
