- System Maintenance (TPM)
Plans and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of all low-voltage systems according to technical norms and legal regulations coordinating external suppliers and ensuring quality control. Also responsible for maintaining valid documentation. - Low-voltage systems functionality
Monitoring and maintaining system performance ensuring compliance with standards and supporting investment and repair works according to quality and schedule requirements. It also includes spare parts planning and assisting designers in construction and reconstruction projects. - BMS system
Monitors the status of the BMS system and its proper functioning - applies settings optimizes the systems analyzes problems plans extensions and modifications etc. - Work under limited supervision
Work under limited supervision using standardized practices and / or methods providing information and / or advising others and performing within a defined budget. - Other activities as instructed by the Employer.
Qualifications :
Education Requirements:
- Electrical engineering university degree or similar
Work Experience Requirements:
Specific Skills:
- English knowledge
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office suite CAD.
- Knowledge of BMS is advantage.
