Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing a strategy & executing the roadmap for the Healthcare Provider (HCP) & Account data ecosystem across current & emerging business areas.
- Partner closely with Media Marketing Analytics Data Science & Technology teams to advance strategic initiatives by designing & implementing new data analytics & BI capabilities.
- Provide ongoing development & management to a team of data professionals.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Must possess a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science Business Economics or related field required & 5 years of work experience performing a combination of data analysis data management marketing analytics & modeling on internal & syndicated data sources. Of experience required must have 5 years: (i) working in a matrixed environment synthesizing input from commercial & technology stakeholders (ii) leading unstructured projects responsible for taking concepts from stakeholders & translating them into solution designs & (iii) defining resourcing & executing projects from concept to delivery for cross business stakeholders. Of experience required must have 2 years: (i) utilizing business intelligence or visualization platforms for data analysis & presentations (ii) developing data processing & data warehousing strategies including database design & business architecture (iii) influencing the development of IT processes required to support analytic data consumption & (iv) in a data strategy role.
Work experience may be gained concurrently.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $238960.00 - $253500 per year.
