You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Associate Director Interventional Glaucoma - Surgical Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to deliver strong business performance for AbbVies only eye care medical device. This persons key responsibilities are to lead the strategic vision and tactical execution including product positioning key messaging and lifecycle management. This person will collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including field sales medical affairs clinical training market access key accounts and customers to drive the brands strategic imperatives. This person will serve as the US commercial lead for the integrated brand team (IBT) annual brand planning process (SP2) and asset strategy team (AST). This person will partner with the marketing analytics and business insights (MABI) team to gather analyze and synthesize market and financial data. This person will manage all brand promotion strategies including campaigns promotional assets and internal/external communications. This person with collaborate with the agency on record (AOR) to create new promotional collateral including media non-personal promotion and rep-delivered tools. This person will prepare the launch strategy for upcoming label expansion.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. Salary: $137500 - $261000
