- Strategically analyse and anticipate market trends customer behaviors and revenue opportunities.
- Complete regular business on the books booking pace report web mix analysis and communicate results vs. targets on a timely basis.
- Propose & execute pricing strategies through all distribution channels aligned with Sofitel.
- Collect competitor intelligence about product pricing rate strategy business mix and market performance using a range of revenue tools.
- Implement and enhance systems practices and tools aimed at maximising hotel revenue.
- Assist rate strategy development and implementation to achieve property and Company goals.
- Work closely with property Director of Revenue Associate Director of Conference and Events Director of Sales and Marketing Reservations Manager and regional teams on all aspects of revenue maximisation across all distribution channels in Rooms Conferencing and Food & Beverage.
- Assist in the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget.
- Be pro-active in controlling costs being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability.
- Assist reservations when needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role or role with exposure to revenue strategy.
- The ability to act as a true luxury Sofitel Brand Ambassador bringing with you excellent presentation and communication skills perfection for the smallest of details.
- Understanding of revenue principles and outcomes.
- Sound knowledge in pricing and distribution.
- Confidence in presenting data communicating strategy and negotiating with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build business relationships within the hotel and external partners.
