Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.
- Business Development: Drive new business build relationships with key stakeholders (developers brokers etc..
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Customer Focus: Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure alignment with marketing operations and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:-
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 20-25 years in sales leadership within home finance or financial services.
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Expertise in home loans mortgages and financial regulations.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business development.
