Summary
The State Group is seeking a Project Manager to work at our Bedford Indiana location. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Project Manager in the industrial construction industry.
Requirements
- 5 years of industrial construction project management experience.
- Experience with industrial projects up to $5 M.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook.
- Preferred experience managing a wide range of project sizes from service and maintenance to large-scale multi-disciplinary turnkey projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities
- Project management across multiple disciplines.
- Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Manage project schedules including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
- Manage administrative tasks and project execution through project management software.
- Ensure quality construction standards are followed.
- Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Proactively identify assess and mitigate project risks.
- Comply with State Groups standards and operating procedures including those pertaining to ISO9001:2015.
