What Youll Do:

Manage and oversee construction projects across multiple trades
-
Direct subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure smooth execution
-
Create update and manage detailed project schedules
-
Use project management software to handle administrative and execution tasks
-
Maintain high standards of construction quality

Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations
-
Identify evaluate and mitigate risks proactively
What Were Looking For:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
-
Experience managing industrial projects up to $10 million
-
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or equivalent trade experience
-
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)

Strong leadership skills managing multi-trade construction teams
Work Schedule:
-
Monday to Friday day shifts (8 hours)
-
Occasional weekends as needed
