Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee the procurement
organization tracking and replenishment of both office and medical inventory. This role is
critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across administrative and clinical functions
maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Inventory Management
Maintain and monitor stock levels for all office supplies including stationery and
consumables.
Collects and reviews order to submit and ensure timely delivery and restocking.
Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline usage and reduce waste.
Work with department heads to forecast supply needs and manage budgets accordingly.
Medical Inventory Management
Oversee the acquisition storage and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
Ensure proper labeling handling and storage of medical items adhering to health and
safety regulations.
Monitor expiration dates and implement first-in first-out (FIFO) protocols.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with healthcare
regulations.
Additional Duties
Develop and maintain inventory reports KPIs and dashboards for internal reporting.
Lead periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Work cross-functionally with procurement finance and clinical teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
