Quick Lane Manager / Service Advisor Superior Ford (Plymouth MN)
Superior Ford in Plymouth MN is seeking a highly motivated Quick Lane Manager/Service Advisor to lead our Quick Lane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with dealership experience to grow in a leadership role within a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
About the Role
As the Quick Lane Manager youll oversee the daily operations of our Quick Lane which provides essential maintenance and light repairs. Youll act as a leader for our team of lube techs and as a trusted advisor for our customersensuring services are performed efficiently accurately and with exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
- Write repair orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer concerns and work performed.
- Answer phones and provide timely helpful communication regarding vehicle status.
- Recommend maintenance services based on mileage and inspection findings.
- Monitor progress of work orders to ensure on-time and high-quality service.
- Bill repair orders and submit warranty/fleet claims.
- Lead Quick Lane technicians and assist as needed.
- Ensure smooth front-end operations and uphold high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proven retail sales ability in an automotive service environment.
- Must be computer-efficient; experience with CDK dealer management system is a plus.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Team leadership experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Reliable and customer-focused.
