JOB DESCRIPTION:
Brockwell Technologies Inc. (BTI) is seeking a Full Time Technical Business Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville AL. Note this position is currently a hybrid telework position. At this time one day is required on-site if you live within a 50-Mile Radius of Redstone Arsenal AL; however full-remote telework is approved for this position.
Responsibilities
The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the Customer to execute the follow tasks:
- Collect and analyze logistics data including inventory levels supply usage transportation times and maintenance cycles
- Use data analytics tools to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze business processes and evaluate system workflows and recommend changes to streamline and/or enhance operations
- Liaise with logistics officers government and contract personnel to understand needs and challenges
- Guide meetings and conversations to elicit user requirements
To be considered for this position you must meet the following minimum qualifications listed below:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Active Secret Clearance / Or Ability to Obtain
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in data analysis tools including SQL Power BI and Excel
- Knowledge of Army logistics tools and supply chain operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Jira and Confluence
- Capable of working autonomously and collaborating within diverse teams
- Outstanding interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Experience / Education
- 12 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree OR
- 10 years of experience with an Masters Degree
Desired Qualifications Skills Experience
- Experience with Army Enterprise Resource Planning and Logistics systems and enterprise data such as GCSS-Army AESIP GFEBS and LMP (Logistics Modernization Program)
- Familiarity with Cloud technology and Infrastructure as Code terminology
- Database Analysis and SQL Query Writing Skills
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Analytics or related field
- Military experience in logistics supply or operations (e.g. 92Y 92A 88N or warrant officer roles)
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt and APICS CPIM/CSCP
Work Environment
