Job Description
The opportunity
Unity is looking for a Senior Business Operations and Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning performance management and operational execution for our Games Sales and Customer Success organizations. This high-impact role will drive business insights operational rigor and execution excellence across these critical customer-facing teams.
Were seeking an experienced leader with deep knowledge of integrating enterprise-grade AI tools and a background in top-tier management consulting. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across Revenue Product Finance HR and Engineering to craft scalable data-informed solutions that improve performance and empower our teams to operate at scale.
What youll be doing
- Lead Strategic Planning & Execution: Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles aligning KPIs and OKRs to team and business goals.
- Performance Analytics & Insights: Deliver data-driven analysis and dashboards to identify process improvements and inform key decisions.
- AI Integration & Enablement: Embed enterprise AI tools into business processes to optimize workflows elevate insights and improve team efficiency.
- Executive Partnership: Partner with senior leaders including C-suite stakeholders to align strategic initiatives and drive business impact.
- Program Ownership: Lead high-visibility cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution in partnership with the COO and others.

- AI Expertise: Proven success integrating enterprise-grade AI tools to improve business processes and scale operations.
- Consulting Experience: Background in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey Bain BCG) with strong operational strategy capabilities.
- Operational Rigor: Expertise in building performance frameworks driving process improvements and aligning strategy to execution.
- Executive Presence: Strong communication and influencing skills with a track record of partnering with leadership to deliver results.
- Data-Led Decision Making: Skilled at using metrics and analytics to drive performance and guide strategy.

- Gaming Industry Familiarity: Experience working in or a passion for the gaming industry.
- Cross-Functional Navigation: Ability to operate within and across complex matrixed organizations.
- AI Trend Awareness: Understanding of emerging trends and innovations in AI and their operational applications.
