Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Planning and Production Control Specialist who will perform as a key member of the Planning and Production Control Team supporting factory(s) that are part of the Subsystems Make Center. You will need to be on-site for this position.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Manufacturing Program personnel Quality and Engineering
- Support analysis of production needs in an MRP system; releasing work orders and tracking material though the assembly process
- Coordinate with warehousing and other Hubs/Factories for parts to the floor
- Participate in CORE project to accomplish continuous improvement
- Support projects or processes development efforts
- This will be an onsite role in our Tucson AZ facility
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience in production planning control and/or inventory management.
- Experience in Supply Chain Logistics or other manufacturing transferable skillsets.
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Customer Service experience
- Previous Planning and Production Control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with CORE or LEAN processes tools and applications
- Experience leading or participation in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives
- Experience with MRP (Materials Requirement Planning)

- Tucson AZ: salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
