Main Responsibilities Handle inbound customer contacts (phone email chat) as the frontline for a leading car manufacturer (brand confidential). Assist on various topics: from technical support to general service inquiries. Provide solutions in a clear empathetic customer-focused manner. Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Operate in a fast-paced multilingual environment maintaining premium service standards.
