About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This is a full-time onsite position at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing automated marketing journeys email campaigns and data-driven communications across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop test and deploy personalized and automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Utilize tools like Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio and Content Builder to create targeted customer journeys

Manage subscriber data segmentation strategies and data extensions for effective targeting
-
Create dynamic and responsive email templates using HTML CSS and AMPscript
-
Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms
-
Monitor campaign performance A/B test variations and provide actionable insights
-
Ensure email deliverability list hygiene and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CAN-SPAM)

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and optimize user engagement

Stay updated with the latest SFMC features trends and best practices
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing Computer Science or a related field

2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-
Strong knowledge of Journey Builder Automation Studio Email Studio and Content Builder

Proficient in AMPscript HTML CSS and SQL for dynamic content and email scripting

Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration with Salesforce CRM

Experience with A/B testing performance analytics and campaign reporting

Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance standards

Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
