About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial forecasts in-depth analysis and actionable insights.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting forecasting and long-term planning

Analyze business performance identify variances and provide recommendations
-
Prepare monthly management reports and executive dashboards

Collaborate with department heads to gather financial inputs and support planning cycles

Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate financial impact of business decisions

Monitor key financial metrics and present findings to senior management
-
Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and profitability analysis

Assist in cost control and expense tracking across departments

Enhance financial reporting processes through automation and standardization

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for planning and analysis
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (MBA/ACCA/CA Inter/CMA preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning analysis or corporate finance

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookups financial modeling)

Experience with financial planning software (e.g. Adaptive Insights Anaplan Oracle Hyperion)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets

Proficiency in Power BI Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP NetSuite Oracle)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
