Job Description

Position: Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist (PRN)
Salary Range: PHP 75000 - 95000/month (depending on IP QA experience)
Work Setup: Onsite (Taguig City)
Schedule: Flexible to work on shifting schedule if business ask (weekends night shift holidays)

About the Role:

Join our team as an Inpatient Quality Assurance Specialist and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of inpatient medical coding and documentation. Your expertise will help maintain high standards of patient care and billing integrity in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

Active PRN license (required)
Bachelors degree in Nursing
1 year of QA coding or clinical documentation review experience (inpatient setting preferred)
Active certification: CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder) or CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
Blended (voice and non-voice) experience in healthcare QA or coding
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM PCS and DRG coding
Excellent communication and analytical skills
