Job Description

Location: Malta
Basis: Full-time

Main Duties:
- Drive financial strategy and planning including leading the annual budgeting process providing forecasts and ensuring legal and policy compliance
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis including statements for the board economic reviews risk assessments and oversight of the finance IT system
- Manage the companys capital structure for optimal resource utilisation and financial health.
- Oversee capital structure ensuring optimal resource utilisation and recommending strategies for M&A and other strategic initiatives.
- Manage financial risk by analysing liabilities and investments ensuring compliance and staying informed on market changes
- Build and develop a collaborative finance team promoting innovation and professional growth
- Present financial results and insights to stakeholders and collaborate cross-departmentally on financial goals
What skills do you need
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field
- CPA Warrant Holder and proficient in using financial management software
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management accounting principles and strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and forecasting methods with the
- ability to make sound financial decisions
- Strong leadership skills demonstrating highly ethical and professional competence
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
