Qualifications and Skills
- Scheduling: Efficiently plan and organize school activities and events by coordinating with various departments.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student and staff information and school assets.
- Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks providing support to staff students and parents.
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing and monitoring the schools budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure quality delivery of services and goods.
- Team Coordination (Mandatory skill): Lead and coordinate a team of administrative staff to achieve the schools operational goals.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Manage the inventory of school supplies and materials ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
