Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Preprimary Educator to join our network at Khopoli. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education. As a full-time member of our team you will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The role involves lesson planning managing classroom activities and engaging with parents to support child development.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience and expertise in lesson planning tailored to young children ensuring educational content is accessible and engaging.
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles to facilitate the intellectual and social development of children.
- Knowledge of child development stages to customize teaching methods and optimize learning experiences for various age groups.
- Capability to design and implement creative activities that foster innovation curiosity and enthusiasm among young learners.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement and collaboration with parents to support childrens educational journey.
- Proficient classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly conducive learning environment for all students.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods to integrate child-centered learning approaches that promote independence and discovery.
