Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Property Services
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday 8-hour shift to be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST. (Final shift timing will be confirmed upon hire)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a dependable customer-focused Customer Support Specialist for Property Services to join the Resident Experience team. In this role you will provide timely and professional support via phone email and chat to homeowners builders and real estate partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries from customers realtors and builders via phone email and live chat.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly professional manner at all times.
  • Log detailed notes in each customer account after every interaction.
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Handle multiple customer communications simultaneously.
  • Participate in ongoing internal training to improve service skills and platform knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role including high-volume calls emails and chats.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or customer service platforms particularly Freshworks Suite (Freshdesk Freshchat Freshcaller).
  • Ability to assess customer needs and make informed decisions quickly.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Caliber and OneDrive.
  • Strong adaptability to new technologies and tools.
  • A team player who is proactive and quick to respond.
