Job Description

Customer Service French Speaking
Location: Remote within Greece
Salary: 1045 up to 10% performance bonus
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:0019:00 in 8-hour rotating shifts

Job Overview:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and supportive team. In this role you will assist customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French

  • EU citizenship or one of the following valid documents:

    • Full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card

    • Certificate of Protection (refugee status)

Remote Work:

  • If relocating: Remote work from Athens

  • If already based in Greece: Remote work from anywhere in the country

Relocation Package (for candidates relocating to Greece):

  • 2 weeks of hotel accommodation

  • Flight ticket (from within the EU)

  • Airport pickup

  • Real estate agency fee covered

Benefits:
