Key Responsibilities:
- Support ASD students both in one-to-one and group settings adjusting the curriculum where needed.
- Work closely with class teachers assisting in daily tasks and employing diverse teaching techniques to meet students individual needs.
- Maintain a supportive engaging environment to foster advance learning and growth for ASD pupils.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK university.
- Strong academic background with excellent A-Level results.
- A passion for working with SEN students particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Fantastic listening and communication skills.
- Prior experience in child-centered roles ideally with ASD students is desirable.
Contract and Pay:
- Full-time long-term role until July 2026 with a weekly rate of 444-513 (PAYE including holiday pay).
