Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for evaluating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and standards. Your attention to detail and sense of responsibility will play a key role in protecting users and promoting a healthy digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate text images videos and links to verify alignment with community standards

Apply moderation policies consistently and impartially across all content types

Manage user appeals with transparency professionalism and empathy

Work closely with internal departments to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices

Observe user trends to detect risks and contribute to a safer platform

Provide feedback on tools and processes to improve moderation efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Danish (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B1 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
