As a Director in the EA Talent Solutions practice youll play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients candidates and referral sources. Youll help shape our brands reputation ensuring were known for delivering exceptional value speed and results. What Work You Will be Responsible For:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and strategic goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate the executive search process with agility and insight.

  • Grow and nurture a network of high-caliber candidates positioning EA Talent Solutions as their go-to career partner.

  • Drive business development efforts identifying new opportunities and scaling our client base.

  • Work collaboratively with our President to refine strategies and optimize processes.

  • Provide market intelligence and trends to help shape our search methodologies.

  • Utilize technology-driven tools to enhance efficiency and deliver cutting-edge recruitment solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • 8 years of experience in relationship management executive search or a client-facing role

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • A proactive entrepreneurial mindsetcomfortable working in a fast-moving evolving environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills able to engage with senior executives confidently.

  • Ability to multitask problem-solve and think creatively to overcome challenges.

  • A passion for building relationships and driving meaningful connections in the industry.
