Job Summary

The Schedule Production Coordinatorat Arapahoe Community College plays a vital role in supporting instructional operations by managing course scheduling across all modalities with a strong focus onColorado Online (CO Online)a statewide initiative that unifies online course offerings across the Colorado Community College System (CCCS). This position oversees schedule production and classroom assignments and assists with faculty payroll processes ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution. The Coordinator collaborates with deans department chairs HR Records & Enrollment Services and CCCS personnel to implement best practices resolve scheduling issues and maintain instructional data integrity. Responsibilities also include training staff auditing schedules managing scheduling software and supporting onboarding for CO Online. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and experienced in higher education scheduling systems like Banner with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with databases and data analysis
  • Experience with use of a student information system
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft software programs (Excel Outlook Word and PowerPoint)
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive learning and work environment and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students families faculty and staff of diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Banner
  • Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Higher education experience
  • Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers or other College constituents
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills
