Now Hiring: Project Manager Environmental Consulting
Location:Hobbs NM (Hybrid/Office)
Salary:$75000 - $100000 (Exempt)
Tasman Inc. is growing and we are looking for aProject Managerto leadenvironmental consulting projects in the oil and gas sector. If you have astrong regulatory background experience managing remediation projects and a passion for environmental compliance this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.

What Youll Do
- Leadremediation and environmental compliance projectsin the oil and gas industry.
- Overseesite assessments impact evaluations and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate withengineers scientists and field teamsto develop and execute project plans.
- Manageproject timelines budgets and client communicationto ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and reviewtechnical reports compliance documents and regulatory submissions.
- Provideleadership mentorship and problem-solving supportto multidisciplinary teams.
What You Bring
- 8 yearsof experience inenvironmental science remediation or consulting.
- 4 yearsof experience inproject managementwithin theenvironmental/oil & gas sector.
- Bachelors degreein Environmental Science Geology Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge ofColorados oil & gas regulations (ECMC CO DWR CDPHE etc.).
- Leadership and communication skillsto engage with clients agencies and internal teams.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office and project management tools.
- Valid drivers licenseand willingness to travel to project sites.

Work Environment & Schedule
