Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with gift acknowledgments donor correspondence and stewardship initiatives.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for donor events including planning and execution.
- Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with communications staff on the production and distribution of donor materials.
- Contribute to team meetings special projects and campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- No experience required 12 years of experience in a nonprofit or administrative setting preferred (internships acceptable).
- Excellent writing organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn CRM/database systems.
- Interest in philanthropy nonprofit development and the mission of Atlas Network.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
