Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and update HR documentation by digitizing documents
- Maintain all confidential documents including offer letters and I9 documentation
- Use programming skills to analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data determine analytical approaches and evaluate potential outcomes
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong quantitative and Microsoft Excel skills; ability to accurately apply Excel functions and formulas
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with and analyzing large datasets
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis programs
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college
- Major in a relevant data-oriented field (Human Resources Business Analytics Data Science or a similarly related field)
- Pay: $18-$20 per hour
