BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Nurse Manager (RN) to join our Charlestown MA team. This office proudly serves adult clients across Boston Brookline Somerville Cambridge Revere Winthrop Malden and Everettdelivering best-in-class care directly to where it matters most: home.

Responsibilities for a Nurse Supervisor:
- You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Charlestown MAand surrounding areas.
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans in collaboration with clinicians clients families and field staff..
- Supervise support and mentor Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants in the field.
- You will facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistants
- Lead in-service training and ongoing staff education to uphold exceptional care standards.
Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Home health or community-based experience strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
