Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to help develop and maintain a system that gathers job listing data from various sources and organizes it for internal use. This role supports ongoing automation and technical task management across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build automated workflows to extract job listing data from job boards and company career pages
Enrich collected data with relevant company and contact details
Structure and organize data in Airtable or a similar platform for internal lead management
Integrate messaging tools (such as GPT) to assist with basic outreach copy
Ensure workflows update on a regular basis and distribute tasks to assigned team members
Qualifications:
Proficiency with automation tools such as Make (Integromat) n8n Apify Airtable or Zapier
Experience with web scraping especially using Python or browser-based methods
Familiarity with lead enrichment platforms (e.g. Clearbit Hunter)
Ability to commit a minimum of 30 hours per week
Strong English communication skills; available for weekly Zoom check-ins
Preferred Skills:
Python scripting
Workflow documentation
Lead generation or CRM system experience
