Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute month-end close processes including journal entries accruals and reconciliations

Ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across multiple entities

Review refine and improve recurring accounting entries and workflows
-
Oversee intercompany transactions cross-entity payments and consolidated reporting
-
Approve work from junior team members and provide mentorship where needed
-
Manage credit card reconciliations and support compliance/tax-related submissions
-
Maintain accuracy in job costing service billing and lease documentation

Detect and resolve posting issues across systems in real time
-
Support the development of financial dashboards internal tools and KPIs
-
Document and enhance SOPs and support ongoing process improvements
Recommended Qualifications
-
4-6 years of accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment

Strong command of GAAP principles GL structure and month-end accounting practices
-
Proven ability to mentor team members and review accounting outputs with precision
-
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables complex formulas and templates
-
Comfortable working with ERP platforms such as Sage 100 (or similar systems)

Exceptional troubleshooting skills and systems fluency across accounting platforms
-
Detail-oriented organized and proactive in identifying and solving inefficiencies
Preferred Background

Associates degree in Accounting required; Bachelors preferred

Familiarity with manufacturing finance job costing or intercompany accounting

Experience working in rapidly evolving or high-growth environments

Comfortable navigating hybrid workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams
