Job Description
Overview:
Join us at Anomali for a distinctive internship program that spans 12 to 14 weeks. This paid on-site internship is not just a jobits a journey. At Anomali we specialize in Security Analytics empowering organizations to detect and respond to threats more swiftly and effectively. We are seeking a highly technical and innovative frontend engineer intern with a focus on innovative UI/UX and an ability to translate user needs into intuitive and scaleable UI/UX solutions. If you have a passion for creating groundbreaking security products and thrive in a fast-paced Agile development environment we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications
Required Skills / Experience:
o Currently Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree and in your third year post secondary education or beyond.
o Majoring in Computer Science or Engineering along with additional coursework in UI/UX design and development.
o Proficiency in programming with JavaScript/TypeScript HTML5 CSS3 and front end libraries and frameworks.
o Experience with client-side MVC/MVVM frameworks.
o Experience building web applications with React Redux or Angular.
o Knowledge of UI/UX best practices design principles and accessibility guidelines.
o Prior project or intern experience in UI/UX Front-end development or a related field utilizing skills required for this position.
o Knowledge of test automation for front-end applications.
o Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser support
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Prior participation in coding competitions (e.g. Codeforces USACO Platinum ICPC) is preferred but not required.
o The position will be onsite at our Redwood City CA office. Relocation travel or housing assistance is not provided.
