You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Traffic Engineer to lead their traffic practice across South Carolina. The successful candidate will serve as a technical leader in traffic engineering engaging in business development activities including proposal writing and fostering existing as well as developing new market opportunities. Responsibilities also include managing and designing a variety of traffic-related projects and services while establishing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in traffic studies design and project management within traffic planning analysis and design. You will oversee and mentor staff coordinate and manage various traffic-related engineering projects or task assignments such as traffic signal plans signing and pavement marking plans crash analysis planning studies traffic analysis and maintenance of traffic plans alongside possible roadway lighting duties. Coordination with clients contractors outside consultants government agencies and project stakeholders is also expected.

2. Do you have a BSCE from ABET accredited engineering program.

6. Do you have experience using one or more traffic analysis and simulation modeling software.
7. Are you a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer preferred.
