Key Responsibilities:

Operate hydraulic press brakes (Accupress Dener Toyokoki) for forming steel components

Load material monitor runs and perform quality checks during production

Use measuring instruments including calipers protractors and rulers to inspect parts
-
Track part counts apply correct labels and update job documentation accurately

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met
-
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized workstation

Perform minor adjustments during runs to maintain part quality
Recommended Qualifications:

Experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools effectively

Solid understanding of bend angles tolerances and forming principles

Basic knowledge of shop math and material behavior

Comfortable working independently while maintaining production pace
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Accupress Dener or Toyokoki brand press brakes

Exposure to lean manufacturing principles

Previous experience with medium-volume part runs and quality tracking

Ability to pivot between different part specs and bend requirements
