Temp To Full-Time

Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Pay Rate: $19-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-2:00PM
Location: Phoenix Arizona


Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing firm is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator for a client in Phoenix Arizona. The client specializes in manufacturing custom heat exchanger coils fluid coolers and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and operate CNC press brakes (Amada Toyokoki Di-Acro) with varying complexity and precision.

  • Conduct first article and intermittent inspections of parts to prints.

  • Assist with tooling development and implementation.

  • Provide training for less experienced machine operators.

  • Cross-train in other manufacturing departments as needed.

  • Follow all safety guidelines including wearing appropriate PPE (safety toe boots safety glasses) at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of press brake operation experience set-up experience preferred.

  • 1-3 years of experience operating a turret punch machine (Amada preferred).

  • Excellent blueprint reading skills.

  • Knowledgeable about GD&T.

  • Experience with standard inspection equipment (calipers height gage etc.).

  • Experience forming metals such as stainless steel mild/spring steels and aluminum.

  • Must able to pass the background check and drug screen.

  • Must able to pass the tape measure test.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
