Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a TGT Hindi for our Udupi location. This is a full-time mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching Hindi up to secondary school level with a focus on fostering an integrated and holistic learning environment. Candidates should be prepared to engage with students parents and staff and adapt to diverse classroom settings to maintain positive educational outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- The candidate must have completed and M.A in Hindi (Mandatory skill).
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of teaching experience at a secondary school level in Hindi.
- Proficiency in classroom management to maintain a conducive learning environment (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in lesson planning to deliver structured and engaging Hindi curricula.
- Strong skills in curriculum development ensuring alignment with educational standards.
- Effective parent communication to report student progress and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest educational trends.
