The Opportunity
As a Teleradiology Systems Specialist you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting a robust secure and high-performing IT environment.
Your mission is to ensure the seamless operation of critical teleradiology workflows providing high-quality 24/7 support to the technical solutions that enable fast and reliable image-based diagnosis for both Emergency and Elective teleradiology services.
This position requires technical excellence responsiveness and a service-oriented mindset especially when working with VIP users and issues affecting systems which affect patient care.
Mission Department
The IT departments mission is to implement maintain and continuously improve the full spectrum of technologies that support seamless secure and high-performing healthcare services across TMCs global teleradiology network.
We enable collaboration between all medical and non-medical teams involved in patient care ensuring reliability compliance and innovation at every layer of our technology stack. This includes everything from desktop support and user workflows to enterprise infrastructure cybersecurity and advanced Teleradiology system integration.
OrganisationalContext
The Teleradiology IT team at TMC operates as a geographically distributed unit with staff currently based in Spain the UK and Australia. This structure enables the team to provide around-the-clock support for our global teleradiology operations.
The Teleradiology Systems Specialist reports directly to the Teleradiology Support Team Lead and works closely with colleagues across time zones to ensure the continuous performance security and reliability of all systems critical to patient care delivery.
Although regular travel is not required occasional travel may be necessary to client sites or Unilabs offices in Sweden Denmark UK Australia and New Zealand.

Team Player While the IT team at TMC works collaboratively to support and manage the companys IT infrastructure it is distributed across three countries and multiple time zones. Success in this role requires a strong sense of ownership reliability and the ability to build trust and coordinate effectively in a remote multicultural environment.
Independent Problem Solver You should be confident in identifying issues analysing root causes and applying effective solutions independently. The role demands a proactive mindset capable of managing tasks and small projects without direct supervision particularly in a 24/7 support context.
Effective Communicator Excellent communication skills are essential. You must be able to adapt your language and tone to suit different audiencesfrom end users needing desktop support to healthcare IT teams and external vendors. Clarity empathy and technical accuracy are key to delivering effective support and fostering collaboration.
