Job Description
Benchmark Human Services has grown to become one of the most respected leaders in the country in the areas of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. We work with people of all ages at home at work and in the community through residential programs employment services crisis response day services and more.
We are hiring a Property Operations Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of the companys group of properties and coordinating maintenance of physical conditions of the properties.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manages property maintenance records; ensures recommended maintenance schedules
- Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals
- Negotiates maintenance and repair contracts and follows internal approval process
- Works with Accounting and Legal to create and maintain an authorized vendor list
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within and outside of the organization
- Skills to manage multiple projects prioritize and make the most effective decision
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Computer and asset management technology skills and tools
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or 2 years experience working in similar property asset coordinator role
- Travel to various locations as deemed necessary
- Experience managing properties preferred
- Experience with the IDD community or with Group Homes preferred
