Job Description
R.S.M.C. Services is selectively recruiting a Full-Time Dentist on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated dental professional seeking strong clinical support leadership potential and outstanding financial rewards.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $225000-$300000
Sign-On Bonus: $15000
Relocation Stipend: $7500

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a clinical team with a focus on exceptional patient care
Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose dental conditions
Present and execute effective treatment plans
Deliver high-quality dental care efficiently and ethically
Mentor and guide associate dentists and clinical staff
Stay current through continuing education and professional development
Build relationships within the dental community
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
