AET Federal is seeking a disciplined Program Manager who currently obtains a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible) with at least 8 years of experience in managing IT Operations and Maintenance program(s). The Program Manager will work a full-time on-site position overseeing multiple assignments and projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing multiple teams and obtain expertise in O&M and help desk related tasks.
Specific Duties Include:
Specific Duties Include:
- Overseeing multiple projects including but not limited to call monitoring incident monitoring performance metrics help desk tickets (Tier I II III)
- Responsible for communicating with stakeholders project operators customers and peers
- Mitigating risks and knowledge management
- Collecting and monitoring performance metrics comparing team members performance using statistical and graphing reporting tools
- Overseeing incident monitoring by reviewing tickets entered by the Enterprise IT Help Desk team against established standards
- Managing all IT operations maintenance and team of 20 individuals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience serving as a Program Manager
- Project Management Certification (absolute must)
- Able to work in Colorado Springs CO (no on-site work)
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Experience planning directing coordinating and managing the contractors proposed
methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in size scope and complexity to
this contract. - Experience with DoD networks including TS/SCI and presenting recommendations and findings
to senior Government officials. - Demonstrated project management experience particularly in IT and network management
Compensation: $95000.00 - $140000.00 per year
