Job Description

Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years experience in accounting
- Two years experience in supervision
- Two years experience reporting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- At least a Bachelors degree in Accounting

- Administer OHFAs monthly & annual accounting functions & reporting of OHFAs financial position for all Mortgage Revenue Bonds
- Manage & supervise the Single Family Accounting staff
- Establish & maintain policies & procedures to comply with bond covenants loan program guidelines & bond accounting schedules
- Work with staff & outside auditors to conduct audits & close vulnerability gaps of OHFAs bond processes
- Assist Chief Financial Analyst in gathering data for cost analysis of existing & new programs
