Summary

We are looking for proactive motivated and coachable individuals who are interested in getting their foot in the door and joining a FinTech SaaS company. As an entry-level sales representative you will be the first point of contact with potential clients through prospecting and creating sales opportunities.

To be successful in this position you will need to be energetic a team player and possess a love of learning. DecisionLogic has established a collaborative and fast-paced company culture where all departments work together to achieve goals and every persons input matters. You will be exposed to all facets of a growing FinTech including marketing product development client success development and of course sales.

Essential Functions

Including but not limited to...

  1. Become an expert on DecisionLogics products and services and how they can be utilized across clients unique workflows
  2. Work with the Sales Manager to generate prospects in DecisionLogics core markets; perform outreach to create interested in DLs services
  3. Qualify and engage incoming leads via phone and email
  4. Effectively demonstrate the platform features and benefits to prospective clients
  5. Maintain up-to-date opportunity trackers and status updates within the companys CRM
  6. Consistently hit or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
  7. Conduct industry or competitor research as directed
  8. Actively escalate prospect feedback and industry trends to help inform product and marketing strategies
  9. Work cohesively with the Client Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients Responds to inbound telephone and email inquiries as directed
  10. Creates customer loyalty and grows the account through outstanding post-sales support
  11. Can work effectively without being told what to do each step of the way
  12. Actively participate in and be a valuable contributor to scheduled sales meetings and training sessions
  13. Proves to be a positive influence on clients and coworkers

Compensation:

Base rate of 24.03/hr. COMMISSION and growth potential within the company.

Required Education and Experience:

  1. College degree preferred
  2. At least one (1) year in a customer service or client success role
  3. Prior experience in lending fintech SaaS a plus

Hours and Location

This position is a full-time remote position. Office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. PST

Travel

This position may require occasional travel to our main office in San Diego or any other related meetings.
