About the Team & Office
Join a passionate Brand Experience Specialist team in the heart of Brisbane! Were all about creating memorable moments for our listeners and bringing the B105 and Triple M brands to life through clever bold and engaging campaigns. Youll be surrounded by creative minds collaborative teammates and a whole lot of energy.
Our Brisbane office is locatedclose to the Brisbane River with sweeping city views amazing cafs and easy access to public transport its the ideal base to do your best work. Plus were currently trialling a 9-day fortnight giving you every second Friday off to rest and recharge!
A day in the life
As our Brand Experience Specialist youll be at the centre of our listener engagement delivering brilliant on-air and on-ground activations for some of the most recognisable radio brands in Australia.
Your day might include:
Managing the execution of brand experiences from start to finish including on-air competitions OBs and major events
Working closely with the Brand Experience Lead to develop ideas that drive ratings and reflect our brand values
Liaising with talent content and sales teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure all details run smoothly
Leading on-site activations and overseeing casual staff to ensure a seamless and fun experience
Managing event assets merchandise and signage and ensuring all experiences are legally compliant and on brand
What Youll Need
Strong organisational and time management skills you thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in promotions events or media is a bonus
Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Creative thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
